Hands down one of the best and freshly made Chinese dishes. I’ve ordered a few different things off their menu, each time it was FIRE. I’m a New Yorker so I’m really picky about my Chinese food haha, but they do the job and do it WELL! Every time I place an order over the phone or face to face they’re so pleasant. I always wish them the best in their business!
Staff is super sweet and best fried rice hands down!! Food is definitely fresh, stays warm for awhile.

The food here is ALWAYS hot fresh and really good. Also very affordable. I highly recommend the shrimp egg foo young and the vegetable egg foo young.
Great food, fast service, friendly people. I had my headphones in so I couldn't understand the lady but a girl standing beside me helped with my confusion being there for my first time. I called ahead for my order and when you get there to pick up you just give the lady behind the counter your last 4 of your phone number so they know what order is yours. Went back a few days later and had the same fat service and great hot food. Definitely go by as much as possible.

My nephew loves I mean loves this place he gets the spare ribs extra sauce, with pork fried rice, and cheese fries with spare rib sauce on them. I get the shrimp and broccoli it is to die for. It taste the way Chinese is supposed to or how it did in the 90s. We live in Allentown. We drive all the way to Harrisburg for it. We ordered 5 orders, for the whole house and it only came to 53. I spend more than that ordering two pizzas and a soda. Hands down Emeralds can take my money
